Sony Entertainment is a global music recordiing company, they manage both national artists and international superstars. It is home to Premier Record Labels representing music from every genre.

Warp

Warp records is a pioneering independent English label, founded in Sheffield. It is known for discovering some of the more enduring artists in electronic music.

Final Music Video


This is the final version of the music video, I displayed one before but there was one part of the song that was out of synch so we re-edited the the music video from that sequence to make the song lyrics and visuals fit in.

Advertisement of music digipak


This is the magazine page advertising the digipack which I created previously to promote the band and their songs. This advertisement displays an enlarged version of the main cover on the digipack to show continuity of the same product. This allows people to identify what product the poster is advertising.

Researching and analysing music posters/adverts

 Advertisments of artists and their music:






























This is a billboard advertisement promoting Madonna's 'Celebration CD. In draws in the attention of the audience straight away becasue of the vibrant, contrasting colours that have been used on her facial features. The deep red lips and bright blue eye-shadow show that she is trying to portray herself as better than anyone else. The blonde hair reflects the idea of some men that 'blondes are hot and attractive. The front cover has a grainy effect which adds a posh touch to her modern style. Her name is displayed in big white font stabding out from the dark black background so it stands out a a distance to people. Making the billboard look even more bright the cd name 'Celebration' is displayed in white font on sour pink which add a feminine touch to the overall advertisement. Near the bottom of the page there is text which is highlighted through the use of bright colours, although this may make it hard for people to read it attracts their attention. Madonna's face is covering the whole of the page because her it shows an extreme close-up of her face so people can see the attitude in her facial expressions and the intense use of colour. This is a good way of advertising the artists because she is represented in an unordinary way which the audience is more likely to remember. 


This is a magazine advertisement promoting atists but the main one is Akon who is displayed at the fint dominatint the page. The white background highlightd Akons body to the audience especially women who woukd feel attrated to him because he is revealing himslef to them. His body ahs been edited to give a metallic touch to him that sybolises his toughness and aggression. Next to him in big font it says " AKON THE LAST HIT MAKER" this makes viewers want to listen to his music. His accessories stand out from his body which informs viewers that he is  owns the jewel and no one can take it away from him.
